Underpinning our knowledge and sharing of that knowledge is the SHRM Body of Knowledge and their competency model.  We encourage clients and colleagues to be SHRM Global members and to be local chapter members.  Nina has long been engaged with SHRM and  has seen the value of SHRM as a career partner. Heather is newly interested in HR as a career and is already seeing the value for student membership and the vast amount of information that is available through the SHRM Connection.
